This is a brilliant condition example of the Mauser HSc. It was a wartime design that was particularly favoured by SS and Kreigsmarine Units. Its semi-exposed hammer ensured a visual confirmation that the pistol was cocked. Its hammer system also provided a safety aspect to the pistol. It could be carried with a round in the chamber but could have the hammer eased forward for safe travel. This meant the pistol could become ‘active’ in a matter of seconds by simply pulling the hammer back. This is a wartime variation with WaA stamps and correct wooden grips. With deactivation certificate.
