This is an as new condition example of the famous M14 Rifle. The M14 has been used by almost all aspects of the US Army. There were many variations including the standard rifle in Semi and Fully Auto, a special short variant named the Socom and due to its incredible accuracy and range several types of sniper rifles have been manufactured. Originally produced in the US it was chambered in 7.62 Nato. It gradually replaced the M1 Garand in 1961 and was standard issue with all, including the US Marine Corp, by 1965. It saw a relatively short service due to the release and adoption of the M16 in 1970. The M14 can still be seen used by the US Military as Designated Marksman’s Rifle (DMR) and Semi Automatic Sniper Rifles. This example is deactivated to new specification with some moving parts. Complete with deactivation certificate.
