These are excellent condition genuine Israeli Military IMI Uzi 9mm sub machine guns, not the usual cheaper Chinese clones. The Uzi was first designed in the late 1940s with the first prototype finished in 1950. Its service history began in 1954 with IDF Special Forces. 2 Year later it became general issue for the entire Israeli Military. Its primary use was as a Personal Defence weapon and proved particularly useful with Officers, Artillery troops and tank crews as well as being used efficiently by Elite Light infantry units. The Uzi has been produced by a quantity of manufactures to include IMI and even FN Herstal. This type of Uzi has proved to be incredibly popular with it being exported to over 90 counties. Its popularity is proven by its sales figures. From the 1960s through to the 1980s the Uzi became the most sold SMG that has ever been manufactured. These are really nice examples of the legendary SMG, truly one of the 20th century’s great icons. Complete with metal folding stock and deactivation certificate.
