FN Browning M1910
designed by john browning this pistol only saw production in Europe after colts decision not to licence its production in the United states. This pistol came into service with law enforcement and armed forces all across Europe including France, Belgium, Denmark and Switzerland. Many of these pistols would serve with the German army after the capture of Fabrique Nationale’s manufacturing plants in 1914. This model of pistol is also famous for its role in the assassination of Arch Duke Franz Ferdinand by Gavrilo Princip and the assassination of French president Paul Doumer in 1932
This pistol is in very good condition with minimal wear to the barrel and slide, retaining an impressive finish and a dynamic dry firing action this is a well preserved example of the type.
