Great Condition 1861 Dated Enfield Snider Rifle.
This is an immaculate condition example of the iconic P53 .577 Snider Tower Rifle. This example has battle worn woodwork from the period. The metal work shows almost no signs of frosting and has a flawless lock. The lock on this example is Dated 1861 and has a clear British Crown and ‘V+R’. Full Broad arrow marked on the action so this example is definitely a British Military issued example and not a commercially manufactured example. A really beautiful example produced by B.S.A.
