This is a brilliant condition example of the standard Pre WW1 German rifle G88. Used throughout WW1 as the supply of G98s were short. This rifle has beautiful woodwork showing very little signs of age and it is in prime condition for over 100 years old. The metal work is in immaculate condition with no pitting and only very light frosting. A beautiful iconic rifle. Complete with deactivation cert and original sling.
